DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel San Jose

I didn’t have a good experience. I wouldn’t stay here again and would have moved hotels but we were stranded from a flight and didn’t have car seats to take the kids. (Pictures posted). List below of the bad below. Hair in the bathtub (the curly kind that don’t fall off your head). Dirty carpet (in room and hall). Wet carpet in room. Nowhere to fill your water except the first floor. Hot tub roped off like crime scene Popcorn ceilings - super out dated rooms Dirty air vents We were told food was available until 11, but it in fact stopped at 10 so we missed out on that.

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel San Jose and had a very pleasant experience. As a Diamond member, I was upgraded to a pool-view room, and the staff checked on me periodically to make sure everything was going well. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The restaurant and bar staff were also very pleasant. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and I really appreciated the convenience of the airport shuttle service. The warm service made a big difference, and I would definitely stay here again.
